Planning an event at The Room? Below you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions, including capacity, rental inclusions, policies, and availability. If you don’t see your question answered here, our team is happy to help.

  • Seating Capacity: Up to 100 guests
    Standing Capacity: Up to 130 guests (minimum seating with increased standing room)

  • Round tables and chairs are included for up to 100 seated guests. A catering room is available for use by outside caterers. A green room/bridal suite with a private bathroom is also included. Use of the sound system for background music, as well as a microphone and stage for announcements, is provided. The Room features a full bar offering beer, liquor, and wine.

  • Linens and decorations are not included. Catering is not included; however, we do provide a preferred vendor list of recommended caterers. We are a venue-only rental.

  • The Room is available Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pricing varies for weekdays and weekends. All events must be cleaned up and vacated by 10:00 PM.

  • No outside alcohol or beverages are permitted. Grindstone Cowboy holds a liquor license that does not allow outside beverages on the premises. You may purchase your own wine and bring it in; however, it must be stored behind the bar and served by our licensed bartenders. A $30 corkage fee applies per bottle opened. Any unopened bottles may be taken home after the event.

  • Bands and DJs are allowed but must be approved by Grindstone Cowboy. An additional sound fee may apply depending on sound needs and requirements. All bands and DJs are required to use our sound system and sound technician. Outside sound equipment and control of the sound console are not permitted. Grindstone Cowboy controls the volume and reserves the right to shut down music if sound guidelines are not followed.

  • Yes. An elevator located at the back of the first floor provides access to The Room.

  • No, linens are not included. Tables and chairs are provided. Please refer to our preferred vendor list for rental options.
