Venue Rental.

Rent the first floor of Grindstone Cowboy for your special event — Birthday, Christmas, Corporate, Graduation, Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, Music Showcase… etc.

Hours Available
Monday–Saturday: 4pm–10pm
Sunday: 7am–10pm

Rates (Shelbyville)

Sunday–Thursday: $1,500 for 4 hours (includes set up and tear down)
$300 for each additional hour

Friday–Saturday: $5,000 Flat Rate

Signed contract with 50% down payment is required to hold the date.
Live music requires an additional sound technician fee of $100–$300.

Options

  • Karaoke Service + $250

Private Dining

(Available starting January)

Available Monday–Thursday, 7am–3pm
$600 for 3 hours (minimum spend; can be used toward food and drinks)

Includes use of the private dining area upstairs — perfect for morning company meetings or small private gatherings.

Included:

  • Sound and stage for announcements

  • Personal server

  • Bartender/barista
